1.3 O'Hanlon Health and Safety reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Course Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation: Your course booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received by O'Hanlon Health and Safety.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, prior to attending any course. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash payments, cheque , postal order and other payment platforms indicated on the website.
2.3 Course Fees: Fees for our training courses are clearly stated during booking and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. All fees are in Euros (EUR).
2.4 Non-Payment: If payment is not received in full by the course date, your booking will be canceled, and you will be unable to attend the course.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
3.1 Refund Policy: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically only granted under extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or bereavement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ohanlonhealthandsafety@gmail.com.
3.2 Cancellations by Participants:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellations by O'Hanlon Health and Safety: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or trainer availability. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3.4 Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 7 days before the course date.
- Requests made within 7 days may incur an administrative fee.
4. Course Attendance and Certification
4.1 Attendance Requirements: Full attendance is mandatory to complete the course and receive certification. Late arrivals or early departures may disqualify you from certification.
4.2 Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate valid for the stated duration (e.g., 3 years). Certificates will only be issued once all course requirements are met and payment is received in full.
5. Use of Website
